How to Automatically Forward Incoming Mail Messages in Zimbra Webmail

1) Login to Zimbra Webmail.

2) At the top row of tabs, Click on Preferences.

3) Click on Mail on the Left Pane.

4) Scroll down to the section called Receiving Messages.

5) In the field Forward a copy to:, key in the email address that you would want the mails to be forwarded to.

 6) Click on Save at the top and click Ok.
